Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Bulk quantity orders may require 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping Carriers and Timelines

CanPar

  • Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days, depending on destination.

  • Express/Overnight Shipping: 1–3 business days for major Canadian cities.

Canada Post

  • Expedited Parcel: Cost-effective ground service, 1–7 business days.

  • Xpresspost™: Fast delivery, 1–2 business days.

  • Priority™: Next business day delivery for orders placed by 8:00 AM. Orders after this time will ship the following business day.

Purolator

  • Ground Service: Reliable delivery, 1–7 business days based on destination.

  • Express Service: Guaranteed next-day delivery to most Canadian cities.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order subtotal (before tax and shipping).

  • Total shipping weight.

  • Number of boxes required.

  • Delivery destination.

Orders exceeding 30kg will be shipped in multiple boxes, subject to additional charges. The calculated shipping weight includes product packaging to ensure safe transit.

Shipping Promotions

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders $120 CAD or more

  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping on orders $100–$119.99 CAD

  • Standard Shipping on orders under $100 CAD

Excludes gallons, wholesale items, 16 oz flavours, and other bulk or oversized items.

We do not offer free shipping to P.O. Box addresses. To avoid delays or additional shipping charges, please enter a valid street address at checkout.

Flexible Delivery Options (Canada Post)

  • Leave at Door: Safe drop service if the area is secure. Fusion Flavours is not responsible for losses if this option is selected.

  • Concierge Desk Delivery: Specify in the comments section at checkout. Ensure your building's concierge is authorized to accept packages.

  • Hold for Pickup: Packages can be held at the nearest post office for collection. Government-issued photo ID is required for pickup.

  • Post Office Delivery: Ship directly to a preferred post office. Notification emails will be sent upon delivery.

Claims and Reporting Issues

  • Any claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to Fusion Flavours within 5 days of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed after 15 days, it will be returned to Fusion Flavours. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

  • Refused Packages: Refunds are not provided for refused packages.

Missing Items / Corrections

  • Fusion Flavours will ship any missing items or order corrections via a carrier of our choice.

  • Delivery timelines for these items are estimates and will follow the carrier’s standard delivery schedule.

  • Customers must report any missing or incorrect items within 5 business days of receiving their order.

  • Fusion Flavours is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Shipping Address Accuracy, Returns & Additional Shipping Charges

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Fusion Flavours is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Fusion Flavours or requires redirection, reshipment, or other carrier-related address corrections due to an address error, any additional shipping and handling charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the order can be resent.

If the customer chooses to cancel or request a refund for an order that has been returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, all shipping costs, return shipping charges, and any carrier fees incurred by Fusion Flavours will be deducted from the refund amount. Only the remaining balance of the order, if any, will be refunded

Stolen Packages

Fusion Flavours is not responsible for stolen packages. To ensure safe delivery, we strongly recommend requesting a signature for all carriers prior to ordering. If no signature is requested, orders will be shipped without one.
