As of September 25th, 2025, Canada Post has begun strike action. This means that any orders shipped through Canada Post may face significant delays, disruptions, or parcels being held at postal facilities until operations resume.

At Fusion Flavours, we remain committed to fulfilling your orders as quickly as possible. However, please note the following:

🚚 Shipping Options During the Strike

  • We highly recommend selecting an alternative carrier at checkout (such as CanPar or Purolator) to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

  • If you choose Canada Post as your shipping method, your package will not move until Canada Post resumes operations.

📦 Policy on Delayed or Held Parcels

  • Fusion Flavours is not responsible for parcels delayed, held, or locked in transit due to the Canada Post strike.

  • Once your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the responsibility for timely delivery rests with the carrier.

  • Orders that are delayed due to the strike cannot be refunded or reshipped until normal service resumes.
